Women’s Health Care Inc. was founded nearly 50 years ago by Dr. Theodore M. Meiners as a solo practice. Today it has grown to a group practice with four physicians and a board certified nurse-midwife. The foundation of the practice remains the same – a focus on the patient.
Merging this rich history with a blend of balanced physicians provides a new patient experience. Our group consists of established and new physicians, bringing experience and new knowledge to our patients.
Dr. Pearse learned the personal approach to private practice from Dr. Meiners. And when he became Senior Partner, the tradition was carried on.
When Dr. Meiners retired, Dr. Durer joined the group. His ability to work with a range of patients with professionalism and respect, won the hearts of his patients.
As the practice grew, another physician joined the group - our first female physician. Dr. Voegtle brought a female perspective that is so important to the group. She initiated new approaches and refined office policies and performance quality. Her personal experiences with pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding make Dr. Voegtle an excellent resource to her patients.
Our fourth physician was brought on board last year. Dr. Morgan who recently completed her post-graduate training, works well with young patients and approaches sensitive issues in a manner that puts patients at ease. And her contagious enthusiasm has brought a fresh energy to the group.
Dynamic physicians along with our warm office staff bring a new friendly approach to health care as we continue to honor our foundation and focus on you the patient.
